Tribe Roasted Garlic Hummus Dressing
GET YOUR SALAD ALLLL DRESSED UP
Start with some lemon-peppered grilled shrimp, parmesan cheese and croutons. Then put all that on top of some kale and DRIZZLE. THAT. DRESSING. (For best effect, please read like the crowd on Extreme Home Makeover would yell “Move that bus”). Also. PRO TIP: Massage the kale. Yep. Work the dressing into the leaves with your fingertips. Pamper those greens! It just makes them tastier. You’ll see.
Featuring: Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Tribe Roasted Garlic Hummus
- 1 tablespoon capers, minced
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- fresh black pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl, add hummus, mustard, nutritional yeast, capers, and whisk thoroughly to combine. Then, whisk in the lemon juice, water, olive oil salt and black pepper. Once you’ve got that all mixed together, transfer to a blender and blend on low. To store, pour it into a cute glass dressing bottle to be fancy and legit – or just use some Tupperware. It all works the same.
