Red Pepper Hummus Pods

Literally. You know those cute little mini red peppers? Yeah. Get a bag of those. And guess what, if it's a mixed bag of yellow, orange, heck, even green ... go for it. Consider it a party. This recipe is great at parties. Anyways. Cut the tops off those little guys but DO NOT throw them away? Trust. Scoop the seeds out of each pepper and place a generous dollop of hummus into the pepper, enough so it overflows just a bit. Next, the second best part. Put the tops of the peppers back on so they look like cute little hats. See? Aren't you glad we told you not to throw them away. Finally. The first best part. Eat it. All in one bite. No dipping required.
