Pumpkin Hummus Pie with Pie Crust Dippers

Ingredients:

  • 4 (8oz) Tribe Pumpkin Pie Hummus
  • 2 Pre-made Pie Dough
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
  • 1 egg
  • fall cookie cutter

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400˚.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Unroll Pie dough and use a cookie cutter. Place cut shapes onto parchment paper.

4. Crack egg into a small cup and use a fork to stir until yoke is mixed well into the whites. Brush egg wash onto dough shapes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

5. Use other pie dough to make piecrust in glass pie pan. Use a fork to pierce the bottom of the pie dough.

6. Bake pie crust and dippers for 10 min.

7. Let cool to room temperature. Fill piecrust with Tribe® Pumpkin Pie Hummus.
