Featuring: Buffalo Hummus
Ingredients:
- Serves 4 to 5
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Hummus
- 1/3 cup harissa
- 1/4 cup IPA beer
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 2 lbs chicken wings
Instructions:
Mix the hummus, harissa, beer and lime zest and juice together. Next, mix in chicken wings until well-coated. Line the wings on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 425-degree preheated oven.
