Black Bean Enchilada Bowls
Black Bean Hummus Enchilada Bowls. Loaded with the good stuff!
It’s always a party when you make these Black Bean Hummus Enchilada Bowls. Just make sure you don’t eat them all, unless you just want to keep that party all to yourself. Trust me, we get it. It’s hard to make that party last when everybody eats it in ten minutes.
Featuring: Black Bean Hummus
Ingredients:
- Tribe Black Bean Hummus
- White Cheese
- Red Cabbage (shredded)
- Cilantro
- Sour Cream
- 4 inch Flour Tortillas
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375˚
- Place Tortillas in muffin tin and bake for 15-20 min or until brown.
- Add shredded cheese and bake until melted.
- Spoon Tribe® Black Bean Hummus into tortilla bowls.
- Top with shredded cabbage, cilantro and sour cream.
